  All items sold here are brand new unless otherwise specified. In the occasion that the item is in pre-owned condition, it will be specified in both text and images. There are no warranties provided with any item sold here unless applicable by law. As such, all items are sold "as is”. This is because we do not manufacture these items, as such any performance issues or quality issues should be taken up with the original manufacturer of said item. This also means that any damages, whether due to wear, accidentally or through acts of god are your responsibility.

All our pre-order items are guaranteed or your money back. All pre-order items are shipped within 2-3 business days from the release date. In the occasion that a release date for a product changes, you will be notified as soon as possible.  Occasionally pre-order items may arrive from an online source, in which case it can take additional days before your order ships.

Paypal address must match the shipping address. This is STRICTLY enforced, orders will be canceled and you will have to resubmit your order with the correct address. Furthermore, Paypal e-checks are not allowed. This is because they can take 1-2 weeks to process, and may fail. If a payment is made via e-check we will cancel the payment at our discretion.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking domestically which usually takes 2-3 business days for arrival. International items will typically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International with tracking which can take anywhere from 6-12 business days for arrival. Items will be double boxed where applicable (i.e sneakers). Finally, all items will be shipped ONLY to the address you provide during checkout. International customers assume all responsibilities for any possible duty fees/import fees/taxes imposed by their country. Finally, we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen while in possession of the USPS.

We only deal with 100% authentic items and therefore authenticity is guaranteed. As such, we have a strong no return policy. All orders are final and will not be canceled unless agreed to in writing or because of an error on our part. We hope you understand.
